  Sleep number sales staff are misleading. They have you lay on beds that are broke in and have been on the sales floor for years.They are more comfortable than the one you actually purchase. They don't tell you that the 25 year warranty goes down a percentage after 3 years then keeps dropping. I even asked if there was small print or anything else I needed to be informed of before I make this huge purchase. The adjustable frame is non returnable which wasn't explained to us. That part was skipped over. If I returned the mattress, why would I need the adjustable frame??? That is so rediculous. Company and staff are scammers. Do not buy sleep number beds unless you want to throw money away on a bed that feels just like an air mattress. We have back pain now and cannot even use the bed but we are forced to keep the mattress for 30 days. The company says they want their buyers to have a good night sleep and feel good but yet they want you to sleep in a bed that hurts you for 30 days.Do not trust them or any of the sales pitches. It's a scam!
