Gas spilled onto me when I was pumping from a faulty hose - dangerous AND inconvenient. Did someone contact me after I complained? NO! I had to call their corporate office SEVEN HOURS AFTER THE OCCURRENCE in order to leave a message for them about the situation...and this was after the store's manager assured me that someone would get in touch with me. Do not frequent this location - unless you like to take risks! :-(
