  Products and displays are good, store is really clean and well kept. The service is very poor, and rude to their customers. Too bad because it has some products not offered in other stores in DBQ. Just can't get past the rude service.

  This place is awesome! I've been a regular customer for many years. These guys know what they're talking about and it's obvious. Not only do they have a unique collection of products, but they stand behind what they sell... which is more than I can say for those big box stores. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy! I've reccomended this place many times and have never heard anything negative. I'm not sure what went on with the gal below, but as a small business owner myself I can say there are always two sides to a story. Check this place out for yourself. 5stars!!!!
