I am in the retail business myself so I firmly understand how customers should be treated. Due to my retail background I am very sympathetic with retailers, its tough sometimes dealing with the public, but their is just no excuse for the way they treated us. I wish them the best of luck, they will never get my business again and I will make sure to tell our friends to steer clear of Herbst Upholstery.
