  We purchased an entire living room set complete with end tables spending a considerable amount of money. One of the pieces came in the wrong color so the delivery people had to take it back with them and said the sales people would contact us regarding the matter. They never contacted us - we had to call them twice to make sure it was being taken care of and a third time to ask how long (4 weeks) it was going to take for the correct piece to come in. Although the delivery guys were great, their customer service is very lacking. Never once did they apologize for the error or offer anything for the inconvenience.
