  Edit: thank you to the owner for the help. A tech stopped out and got things working. Still a little torqued at the gentleman who initally felt the need to inform us to wait till monday, but who knows maybe his day was worse than mine! Either way the situation is resolved so i appreciate the help.

  The signal at our old house on the North end of town seemed to have a lot of issues. Inconsistent speeds and a lot of dropped service. HOWEVER, their customer service team and techs are the BEST. We recently moved to Asbury and are waiting for service to be setup at the new house. I'm told by neighbors that the signal is fantastic in that area. I definitely recommend Comelec over the other providers in DBQ. The only one in town that doesn't have an automated answering system!
